Citrus Wild Rice Salad
- 8 each navel oranges
- 2-1/4 qt. cooked wild rice
- 2-1/4 qt. cooked brown rice
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- 1-1/3 cups green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Grate 4 tsp.
- orange peel (or grate 2 tsp.
- peel for trial recipe).
- Peel and section oranges, reserving the juice in large bowl.
- Add orange peel, orange sections and all remaining ingredients to reserved juice; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
