Citrus Wild Rice Salad

  1. Grate 4 tsp.
  2. orange peel (or grate 2 tsp.
  3. peel for trial recipe).
  4. Peel and section oranges, reserving the juice in large bowl.
  5. Add orange peel, orange sections and all remaining ingredients to reserved juice; mix lightly.
  6. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
