Crawfish Bread
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 14 cup green onion, chopped
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- 10 ounces crawfish tails, cooked, slightly chopped
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Oil and flour a 9x13" pan.
- Mix or sift dry ingredients together, then mix in margarine and eggs.
- Remove lumps.
- Add remaining ingredients together and combine with flour/egg mixture.
- Place batter in prepared pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes until done.
