Honey Rosemary Chicken with Yukon Gold Potatoes

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Add chicken, brown on all sides.
  3. Place potatoes, onions and garlic in slow cooker and top with chicken.
  4. Stir together honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
