Perfect Lima Beans Recipe

  1. Cover lima beans and ham with water.
  2. Boil 2 min.
  3. Cover, let stand 1 hour, then simmer till tender, season with salt.
  4. Place beans and 1 1/2 c. water in casserole.
  5. Stir in molasses and mustard and brown sugar.
  6. Put whole onion in center.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
