Avocado Cream

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 14 cup sugar
• whipped cream

1. Halve avocados and remove seeds.
2. Peel avocados and slice into blender with lemon juice and sugar.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Put in dessert dishes and top with 1 tbsp whipped cream.
