Bar B Que Hamburgers Recipe
- 2 pound hamburger
- 2 c. minced onions
- 3-4 c. minced celery
- 1 c. green pepper
- 2 (10 ounce.) cans tomato soup
- 1 c. Open Pit original Bar-B-Que sauce
- 1 (14 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- Fry hamburger till juice is gone.
- Stir in tomato soup, Barbeque Sauce and stewed tomatoes.
- Add in vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 30 min; stir occasionally.
- For extra tomato flavor add in 1 (12 oz) can tomato paste.
- Makes sufficient to feed a small army.
