M&m's Chocolate Macadamia Chewies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg, milk and vanilla, blending well.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; blend well into creamed mixture.
  5. Blend in coconut and macadamia nuts.
  6. By hand, stir in "M&M's" Chocolate Mini Baking Bits.
  7. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with back of spoon.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or just until set.
  9. Do not over bake.
  10. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely.
  11. Store in tightly covered container.
