BOCA Frittata

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Whisk egg product and milk until blended.
  3. Heat oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add onions and green peppers; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in potatoes, chopped links and seasonings; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat; top with egg product mixture and cheese.
  7. Bake 45 min.
  8. or until center is set.
