Soy Milk Kudzu Kanten Jello Snack

  1. Add kudzu starch, kanten, and water into a pot.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Over low heat, mix until translucent.
  4. Add soy milk in small batches.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Remove from heat, and pour into a mold.
  7. Chill in the fridge.
  8. Chop into bite-sizes.
  9. Arrange onto a serving dish and serve with kuromitsu and kinako!
