Soy Milk Kudzu Kanten Jello Snack
- 30 grams Kudzu starch
- 5 grams Powdered kanten
- 200 ml Water
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 1 Kuromitsu
- 1 Kinako
- Add kudzu starch, kanten, and water into a pot.
- Mix well.
- Over low heat, mix until translucent.
- Add soy milk in small batches.
- Mix until smooth.
- Remove from heat, and pour into a mold.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Chop into bite-sizes.
- Arrange onto a serving dish and serve with kuromitsu and kinako!
