Cranberry poppyseed muffins
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 cup fresh chopped cranberries or craisins
- Preheat oven at 350'.grease muffin tins or put in cupcake papers
- Mix flour ,sugar,poppyseed and baking power together.
- Add milk ,eggs, vanilla and lemon peels to your mixture.
- Stir in cranberries.
- Fill tins 3/4 full bake for 15-20 minutes or lightly brown .let cool
- For minis it makes 36 bake for 13-15 min
