Creamy Mediterranean Sub
- 48 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
- 24 each medium zucchini, each cut lengthwise into 4 slices
- 12 each small onions, each cut into 8 thin slices
- 12 each red or green peppers, cut into quarters
- 3 cups KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 48 each Italian bread rolls, partially split
- 3 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken and vegetables 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170F) and vegetables are tender, turning after 5 minutes.
- Cut vegetables into strips; place in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mayonnaise.
- Fill with 1 chicken breast and about 1/2 cup of the vegetable mixture.
