Creamy Mediterranean Sub

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill chicken and vegetables 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170F) and vegetables are tender, turning after 5 minutes.
  3. Cut vegetables into strips; place in large bowl.
  4. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  5. For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 1 Tbsp.
  6. of the mayonnaise.
  7. Fill with 1 chicken breast and about 1/2 cup of the vegetable mixture.
