Ultimate Seafood Fondue
- 1 cup Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, Cubed
- 1 can (10.75 Oz.) Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 3 cups Your Favorite Seafood Combination (Crab, Lobster, Prawn, Shrimp, Etc), Diced Bite-Sized
- Over medium heat, melt the cheeses, the soup, milk and spices, whisking constantly until thoroughly blended and smooth.
- (There should be no strings of cheese hanging from the whisk when lifted from the pan.)
- If its too thick, add 1/4 cup more milk and whisk again till smooth.
- Gently stir in seafood and heat thoroughly for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serving suggestions: hollow out a bread bowl and dip the remaining bread in the fondue or place fondue in a bowl and dip toasted French bread slices in the fondue.
- Either way is delicious!
