Cole Slaw
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Kosher salt and freshly milled black pepper
- One 16-ounce package cole slaw mix
- Combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon water, and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl.
- Add the cole slaw and toss until well coated with the mayonnaise mixture;cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
