*Turkey Hand Pies*

  1. preheat oven to 450 & paperline a baking sheet
  2. your basically gonna stuff your items onto 1 unrolled pie crust, leave a border around all edges to close, you can use any left overs.
  3. once filled flip over carefully seem side down.make sure not to over stuff.
  4. with the other pie crust use a pizza roller and cut strips and place hoe u like tucking under edges.
  5. scramble egg & add water use a brush to top wipe egg on top.
  6. bake 12-15 minutes till golden
  7. I topped with a little parsley.great way to use left overs.ENJOY!
