*Turkey Hand Pies*
- 1 box pie crust
- 1 cup left over turkey
- 1 1/2 cup left over stuffing
- 1/3 cup gravy
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp water
- preheat oven to 450 & paperline a baking sheet
- your basically gonna stuff your items onto 1 unrolled pie crust, leave a border around all edges to close, you can use any left overs.
- once filled flip over carefully seem side down.make sure not to over stuff.
- with the other pie crust use a pizza roller and cut strips and place hoe u like tucking under edges.
- scramble egg & add water use a brush to top wipe egg on top.
- bake 12-15 minutes till golden
- I topped with a little parsley.great way to use left overs.ENJOY!
