Chicken Mexican Casserole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender.
  2. Add in the rest of ingredients and heat, layer mix with torn tortillas and chicken and cheese, put in casserole, beginning and ending with liquid.
  3. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
  5. Freezes well.
