Louisiana Creole Sauce Recipe

• 2 tbsp. minced green onion
• 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
• 1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon dry sweet basil
• 16 ounce. can low sodium tomatoes, undrained

1. Saute/fry onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil over low heat 5 min.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 min.
3. Serve with fish, chicken or possibly beef.
4. Makes 2 c..
