Baked Pecan Chicken
- 1- 1/2 cup Pecans, Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Skinned
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine pecans, parsley, salt, and chili powder.
- In another bowl add the egg whites.
- Place one chicken breast into the egg whites and coat each side.
- Then place in the pecan mixture, making sure its well coated on each side.
- Place all chicken breasts on a greased sheet and cook for 22-25 minutes.
