Mexican Skillet Supper Recipe
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. carrots
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1/2 c. rice
- 2 c. tomato juice (or possibly more)
- Chili pwdr
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brown turkey meat in skillet.
- Add in 2 c. or possibly more of tomato juice, chili pwdr, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. of rice along with the other vegetables and simmer 20 min or possibly till done.
