Asian Groundhog Recipe
- 1 x Grnd hog
- 2 quart Water
- 1/4 c. Salt
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 2 x Garlic cloves whole
- 1/4 x Onion
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 bn Parsley whole
- 4 x Beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd white pepper
- 1 c. Beef or possibly chicken broth Teriyaki glaze
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cut meat into serving pcs and soak in 1 qt water and salt for 3 hrs.
- Transfer meat to 1 qt clear water and soak 4 hrs.
- Drain and dry meat.
- Place meat in a baking pan with beef broth, soy sauce, garlic cloves, onion, paprika, parsley, bouillon cubes and white pepper.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Baste frequently.
- Brush with teriyaki glaze while cooking.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
