Asian Groundhog Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cut meat into serving pcs and soak in 1 qt water and salt for 3 hrs.
  3. Transfer meat to 1 qt clear water and soak 4 hrs.
  4. Drain and dry meat.
  5. Place meat in a baking pan with beef broth, soy sauce, garlic cloves, onion, paprika, parsley, bouillon cubes and white pepper.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
  7. Baste frequently.
  8. Brush with teriyaki glaze while cooking.
  9. This recipe yields 4 servings.
