Easy Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat egg yolks; stir in lowfat milk, lemon and rind.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till foamy; gradually add in sugar.
  5. Beat till stiff but not dry.
  6. Spread on top of pie carefully sealing the edges of the crust with the meringue.
  7. Bake 15 min.
  8. Cold.
