Two-Mustard Salad Dressing

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 12 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
• 12 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
• fresh ground black pepper, to taste (optional)

1. Whisk or whirl the ingredients in blender.
2. Store in glass container.
3. Will stay fresh up to 4 days.
4. Adjust seasoning before serving.
