  2. 2 combine brown sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar.

  5. Cook on high 6-7 hours.
  6. 4 spread carrots, mushroom and spinach over beef.

  8. Cook on high 20 minutes.
  9. 6 mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup broth from slow cooker.
  10. 7 cover.
  11. Cook 10 minutes more.
  12. 8 serve over rice.
