Peachy Fruit and Yogurt Shake
- 1 (8 ounce) can peach halves in juice, do not drain
- 12 ripe small banana
- 12 cup plain nonfat yogurt (or use peach or vanilla yogurt if you like)
- 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cube
- In a blender container, combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla.
- Cover and blend till smooth.
- Add ice cubes; cover and blend until frothy.
- Makes 2(1 1/4 cup) servings.
- Enjoy!
