A.1. Spicy Glazed Green Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms

  1. Heat half the oil in saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Add beans; cook 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Drain in colander or place on paper towels.
  5. Heat remaining oil in same pan.
  6. Add garlic and ginger; saute 15 seconds.
  7. Add A.1.
  8. and Sriracha; saute 15 seconds.
  9. Stir in mushrooms and cooked beans.
  10. Spoon onto serving plate.
  11. Top with sesame seed.
