A.1. Spicy Glazed Green Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms
- 2/3 cup oil, divided
- 1 gal. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/3 cup garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. gingerroot, grated
- 2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 qt. shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- Heat half the oil in saute pan on medium heat.
- Add beans; cook 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Drain in colander or place on paper towels.
- Heat remaining oil in same pan.
- Add garlic and ginger; saute 15 seconds.
- Add A.1.
- and Sriracha; saute 15 seconds.
- Stir in mushrooms and cooked beans.
- Spoon onto serving plate.
- Top with sesame seed.
