Fresh Tuna Salad Sandwich

  1. Poach tuna in salted water for 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Flake and pull apart.
  3. Combine with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion and celery, herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon on rolls.
  5. Top with some sliced sweet pickles and potato chips.
