Fresh Tuna Salad Sandwich
- 4 (3/4 inch) thick Fresh albacore tuna steaks (about 10 to 12 ounces)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1 sweet onion, finely diced
- 2 celery ribs, finely diced
- Bunch dill, snipped
- Bunch chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Potato bread hamburger rolls
- Bottled sweet pickles
- Potato chips
- Poach tuna in salted water for 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
- Flake and pull apart.
- Combine with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion and celery, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Spoon on rolls.
- Top with some sliced sweet pickles and potato chips.
