Beef Hot Links And Pasta Recipe
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef warm links, sliced
- 1 med. green pepper, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 ounce.) can diced tomatoes, well liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 pound pkg. rotini (pasta), uncooked
- In large skillet, combine beef warm links, green pepper, and onions.
- Cook till peppers and onions are tender-crisp.
- Stir in next 5 ingredients.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 10 min.
- Prepare rotini (pasta) according to package directions; drain.
- Top rotini with warm links and sauce.
