Randis Chicken
- 21 ounces, weight Cream Of Chicken Soup (or 1 Large Family Sized Can)
- 9 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 3 ounces, weight Dried Beef (Found On The Canned Tuna Isle)
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cups Bacon Bits Or Pieces
- 1.
- In a medium bowl, stir cream of chicken soup and sour cream together until all one color.
- 2.
- Cut dried beef into 1/2 inch squares.
- Sprinkle them into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- 3.
- Lay chicken breasts evenly over the dried beef.
- 4.
- Sprinkle the bacon bits over the chicken.
- You can add more if you want to.
- 5.
- Pour sour cream mixture over the chicken.
- Make sure chicken is completely covered.
- 6.
- Bake at 250 degrees F for 3 hours.
- 7.
- Serve over brown or white rice.
