Crack Cashews
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 3 cups Cashews
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat eggs until frothy.
- Add the water.
- Stir in cashews to coat.
- Combine sugar and pie spice.
- Combine with cashew mixture.
- Line a large baking sheet (I used 15 x 10) with parchment paper and spread cashews evenly over baking sheet.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, stirring once or twice to ensure even baking.
