Crack Cashews

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat eggs until frothy.
  2. Add the water.
  3. Stir in cashews to coat.
  4. Combine sugar and pie spice.
  5. Combine with cashew mixture.
  6. Line a large baking sheet (I used 15 x 10) with parchment paper and spread cashews evenly over baking sheet.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes, stirring once or twice to ensure even baking.
