Black Forest Summer Ribs
- 4 lb. baby back ribs
- summer ribs
- 4 bottles good dark beer *
- (do not use Guinness
- any bitter browns.........
- (my personal favorite is Saranac Black Forest)
- Add 4 bottles of beer and 4 bottles of water in large pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add meat and boil 20 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Slather your favorite BBQ sauce on ribs.
- Grill and re-apply sauce until congealed and suitable for the plate.
