Manhattan Meatballs - Sweet-N-Sour Meatballs

  1. Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Brown in margarine; drain.
  4. Place in a 2-quart casserole.
  5. Combine preserves and barbeque sauce; pour over meatballs.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
