Chicken in Cream Cheese Sauce

  1. Brush the chicken with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a crock pot.
  3. Sprinkle the dry mix evenly over all.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
  5. Approximately 45 minutes before done, combine the soup, cream cheese, wine,
  6. and onion in a small saucepan.
  7. Cook until smooth.
  8. Pour over the chicken, cover
  9. and cook for an additional 45 minutes.
  10. Serve with the sauce.
