Green Rice

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper.
  3. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add rice and saute for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Add enough water to cover completely.
  6. Add tomato and cilantro nature seasonings and salt.
  7. Cover and let simmer till rice is done.
  8. Squeeze lemon over it and enjoy!
