Fruit and Nut Popcorn
- 1-1/2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 3 cups low-fat, low-salt microwave popcorn
- 1 Tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. raisins
- MELT margarine in microwave.
- PREPARE popcorn per package directions.
- Place into a bowl and gently mix with melted margarine.
- Sprinkle with hazelnuts and toss to mix.
- Stir in dried fruits.
