Succotash

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and green pepper.
  3. Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with washed blossoms.
