Lo-Cal Lasagna
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey sausage
- garlic salt and oregano to taste
- 1 (32 oz.) jar lite spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. diced onion and green pepper
- 8 oz. non-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 12 oz. lite Ricotta cheese
- 1 small can pizza sauce
- Spray a pan with Pam.
- Brown turkey with onion, green pepper, salt and oregano.
- Remove from heat and add spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce.
- Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of this in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Add uncooked lasagna noodles.
- Layer with turkey mix, Ricotta cheese and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake, covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
- Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Makes 12 servings.
