Fresh Tomato and Basil Pasta
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 13 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces rotini pasta, uncooked
- 34 cup parmesan cheese
- MIX tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- COOK rotini as directed on package; drain.
- TOSS rotini with tomato mixture and grated topping.
- Serve immediately.
