Chewy Chocolaty Bliss
- 34 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 12 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 14 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 34 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or grease.
- Whisk the sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Whisk the flours, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients being careful to not overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough onto the pan and roll the dough into balls.
- Space the cookies at least two inches apart.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes (golden but still soft in center).
- Transfer cookies with a spatula onto a plate or rack to cool.
- Enjoy!
