Creamy Cheddar Spread

  1. Beat cream cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  2. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
  3. Add cheddar cheese and red pepper; mix well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  6. Serve as a spread with crackers.
