Green Smoothie
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 large carrots, roughly chopped
- 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
- 12 cup frozen blueberries
- 12 cup frozen mango chunks
- 12 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Place ingredients in the order listed in a vitamix blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- You can use other blenders, but your smoothie will not come out as smooth.
