Colorful Broccoli Summer Salad

  1. If not already, cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
  2. Steam broccoli in water for 2 minutes until bright green and drain.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, toss together broccoli, onion, craisins.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonaise, sugar, vinegar.
  6. Toss mayonaise mixture with broccoli.
  7. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours before service.
  8. When ready to serve, lightly toss in pecans and oranges.
