Smoked Oyster Cheese Ball with Brandy and Shallot

  1. Soften cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add shallot, brandy and Worcestershire.
  3. Add drained can of oysters.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Form into a ball.
  6. Roll in parsley.
  7. Chill 24 hours.
  8. Serve with Ritz crackers.
