Smoked Oyster Cheese Ball with Brandy and Shallot
- 1 small can smoked oysters, drained
- 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp (5 ml). Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) brandy
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- parsley, minced
- Ritz crackers
- Soften cream cheese and butter.
- Add shallot, brandy and Worcestershire.
- Add drained can of oysters.
- Mix well.
- Form into a ball.
- Roll in parsley.
- Chill 24 hours.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
