Bacon & Black Bean Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
- 6 slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1 stalk Green Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (from Concentrate)
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- In a food processor (or blender), add black beans and bacon crumbles.
- Pulse several times.
- Add remaining ingredients and run processor (or blender) until desired consistency is reached.
- Youll really taste the bacon crumblesdelicious.
- Pack in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Great served with homemade salt and pepper chips, lime baked tortillas chips, or whatever you may like!
