Pizza Soup

  1. In a 3-4 quart saucepan or stock pot brown the sausage for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Add onions, peppers and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  3. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Turn down and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Variation: Add 2-3 ounces of broken spaghetti noodles or other small pasta.
