Broiled Shrimp Scampi

  1. Heat broiler with rack set 4 inches from heat.
  2. Place shrimp on a large, broilerproof, rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shrimp with oil and garlic, and season generously with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer.
  5. Broil until opaque throughout, 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley; toss to combine.
