Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice Wrap
- 50 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1-1/2 qt. Sweet and sour sauce
- 2-1/2 gal. MINUTE Rice, cooked
- - Cooked chicken, cut into strips
- 3-1/2 qt. Canned roasted red peppers, cut into julienne strips
- 2-1/2 qt. canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 1-1/2 qt. green onions, sliced
- For each serving: Spread 1 side of 1 tortilla with 2 Tbsp.
- sweet and sour sauce; top with 3/4 cup rice, 3 oz.
- chicken, 1/4 cup peppers, 3 Tbsp.
- pineapple and 2 Tbsp.
- onions.
- Fold sides of tortilla in from center; roll up tightly from bottom.
- Serve cold or wrap loosely in plastic wrap and microwave until heated through.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
