Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice Wrap

  1. For each serving: Spread 1 side of 1 tortilla with 2 Tbsp.
  2. sweet and sour sauce; top with 3/4 cup rice, 3 oz.
  3. chicken, 1/4 cup peppers, 3 Tbsp.
  4. pineapple and 2 Tbsp.
  5. onions.
  6. Fold sides of tortilla in from center; roll up tightly from bottom.
  7. Serve cold or wrap loosely in plastic wrap and microwave until heated through.
  8. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
