Banana Chocolate Drop Cookies Recipe

• 2 1/4 c. Flour
• 2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2/3 c. Shortening softened
• 1 c. Sugar
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 pkt Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 c. Bananas mashed, abt 3

1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Cream shortening and sugar.
3. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, chocolate (melted), bananas and flour mix.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Bake at 400 for 12-15 min on ungreased cookie sheets.
