Basil-Peach Sauce

• 1 peach
• 8 -10 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 lemon, juice of
• salt
• 1 chili pepper
• 1 bunch basil

1. Place all ingredients in a high jar or bowl and purier until well combined.
2. Serve.
