sig's Manti little Turkish savoury dough purses
- 375 grams plain flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 onion grated
- 250 grams mince meat or quorn or a mixture of both
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley ,chopped finely
- 1 pinch each of salt and pepper
- 4 tsp paprika powder
- 4 clove garlic crushed
- 4 cup Of greek joghurt ,each 150 gram
- 4 pinch salt ,for seasoning the yogurt
- 4 tbsp butter ,gently melted until clear
- 1 tsp heaped, paprika
- mix the flour, egg and some water and kneed into a plyable dough,divide the dough into two balls cover and rest in fridge for thirty minutes
- Peel and grate onion mix with mince or quorn,or a mixture of both salt, pepper,parsley,onion and the 3 teaspoon of paprika.
- Roll out pastry as thinly as you can and cut into 3 x3 cm squares.Add a liitle bit of the mixture on each square,fold over to make triangle and pinch shut.Drop into a large pan of salted water ,cook for 10-15 minutes
- for sauce one, just mix yogurt with salt and the garlic.For paprika butter just met butter until clear add paprika.
- Top pasta with garlic sauce followed by paprika butter.
