sig's Manti little Turkish savoury dough purses

  1. mix the flour, egg and some water and kneed into a plyable dough,divide the dough into two balls cover and rest in fridge for thirty minutes
  2. Peel and grate onion mix with mince or quorn,or a mixture of both salt, pepper,parsley,onion and the 3 teaspoon of paprika.
  3. Roll out pastry as thinly as you can and cut into 3 x3 cm squares.Add a liitle bit of the mixture on each square,fold over to make triangle and pinch shut.Drop into a large pan of salted water ,cook for 10-15 minutes
  4. for sauce one, just mix yogurt with salt and the garlic.For paprika butter just met butter until clear add paprika.
  5. Top pasta with garlic sauce followed by paprika butter.
