Exotic Fruit Sauce

• 1 cup diced mango, pineapple or papaya
• 1 cup peeled, seeded diced kirby cucumbers
• 1/4 cup finely sliced scallion, green part only
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
