Manicotti Cordon Bleu
- 1 (12 ounce) package mozzarella string cheese
- 12 slices deli ham
- 12 manicotti, uncooked
- 1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 34 cup water
- 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- Unwrap the string cheese and place on each meat slice.
- Roll up the cheese in the meat slice.
- Slide the rolled cheese snack into a manicotti shell.
- Combine the pasta sauce and water in a bowl, mix well.
- Spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture over the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the filled manicotti shells in the dish.
- Spread the remaining sauce mixture evenly over shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 50 min or until pasta shells are tender.
- Top with the parmesan cheese.
